Bullet Journal Workshop with Mr. Derby!

Hello fellow bullet journal fanatics!

Yesterday I went to a bullet journal workshop organized by Filip Leemans.
Artist Filip Leemans is a creative Jack of all trades.
He is known for his quirky illustrations but has since broadened his artistic practice with graphic and sculptural work as well as paintings.
Next to that he also organizes workshops in his creative space called ‘Mr. Derby Studio’.
The workshops vary from bullet journaling to designing pillow cases and illustrating a short story.
You can find the link to his website here. Go check it out, folks! His work is great 😉

The Bullet Journal workshop is the second one I attended. About a year ago I followed his handlettering workshop where I made some beautiful handmade cards.

Although I started bullet journaling exactly one year ago, the workshop was so much fun!
It was the perfect break between studying for exams and best of all: I met some amazing people!

The results of the workshop are wonderful!
Here, you can see some of the creations that were made by the other participants.

Filip also showed us some cute banners and doodles to try out, and showed us how we could use different materials for decorating our bullet journal.

I’m so happy I decided to participate in this workshop, and would recommend everyone to do something like this. It’s great to work together with like-minded people and to do what makes you happy!
I hope you all enjoyed this post 🙂 Let me know what you think!
